What is a contract for the assignment of patents, utility models and industrial designs?
The contract for the assignment of patents, utility models and industrial designs (also known as “inventions”), is a contract whereby a party that owns or owns an invention (known as ”assignor”) transfers or conveys ownership of said invention to a third party (known as ”assignee”) in exchange for payment or for free.

When to use this contract?
These documents are used to transfer ownership of an invention to another party. They are used in situations such as the transfer of rights, collaboration agreements or license contracts. These contracts allow the terms and conditions of the assignment to be established, protecting the interests of both parties involved.
